Ready to book with us? Please complete review the availability listed above and submit a request for your preferred dates/times of service. If the dates are available, we will be in touch asap via email with a New Customer Form and/or service agreement before confirming your booking and accepting payment.

Please note: We tend to book up about 2-3 weeks in advance for non-holidays, 4-6 weeks in advance for federal holidays and summer season weekends (April/May-Sept/Oct). We do consider confirmed bookings and meet & greets as “appointments” and expect those scheduled times to be reasonably honored - if you are NOT able to arrive at the previously-agreed upon drop off or pick up time, we ask that you please let us know in advance to avoid additional fees and/or service cancellation.

For Daycare services, our regular daycare slots are currently full so we are not accepting new requests at this time, but we are still offering one-off visits for current clients upon request.

*Please send booking requests through the website only, requests sent to my email address may be flagged as junk/spam and overlooked.

*Booking request is not guaranteed until payment is confirmed. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Spaces are limited so we cannot “hold” boarding or daycare spots longer than 72 hours after confirming request details. Please be prepared to provide proof of vaccination (Rabies, Bordetella, Distemper) and Veterinary Clinic Information. All dogs over 7 months old must be spayed/neutered. Puppies 4 months and under will be only be accepted on a case-by-base basis due to vaccination timelines.

*Cancellation Policy:

You will receive a full refund if your cancellation request is received more than 72 hours prior to scheduled start of boarding service and 24 hours of daycare service. Requests to cancel service received less than 72 hours prior to start of boarding and 24 hours prior to drop off for daycare will receive a partial refund of 50% of the total due.
